The Evening Drill Parade

One of the more out of the way attractions in Washington in the Marine Barracks at 8th & Eye Street SE. Every friday during the summer they put their precision and dedication on display during the Evening Drill Parade. The President's Own Marine Band and the Commandant's Own Fife and Bugle Corps both preform and - in what is maybe the most impressive part of the evening - the Silent Drill Platoon puts on an incredible display of concentration when they drill their routine without any verbal cues.
